The first two fields are used to demo the Phorm Manager.
The first field, "Try It", overrides the "FormAction" hidden variable. There are two options, "Test" and "Mail". The test option displays the Form Variables, the Control Variables, and the Environment Variables. If the "Mail option is selected, "Phorm Manager" performs as it normally would.

The second field, "Your Email" overrides the "Recipient" hidden variable. "Phorm Manager's" output will be emailed to this address.
